Our Nursery class recently enjoyed a visit from Bernard the Bear through Action cancer. He told us about eating healthy foods to keep our bodies healthy. We helped him create a visual shopping list by attaching pictures of healthy food items to his t-shirt for his family shopping trip. We placed all the pictures of unhealthy food on the shelf! We enjoyed exercising with Bernard too to keep our bodies healthy.
