Year Five have been invited to participate in a St. Patrick's Day Children's Art Exhibition.
We were very lucky to have had the opportunity to work with a local artist, Genevieve Murphy, during the project. Genevieve worked with us today, and began by discussing the story of St. Patrick. She then led us in an interpretion of the story and helped us to produce a piece of artwork, that will form part of the full story of St. Patrick. Our work, and the pieces from the other schools, will be displayed in the Strule Arts Centre.
The project will be launched in two weeks time and we have been invited to attend! We'll fill you in on that exciting event when the time comes but, for now, we can't wait to share the photographs from today's session. We are extremely proud of what we have produced.
