Year 7 have been busy over the past couple of weeks.
We enjoyed pancake treats on the last day of term. We have worked hard, well deserved. We became detectives and discovered which shapes were found guilty in the eating of all the pancakes.
In Numeracy we have been investigating Nets of various shapes, creating our own nets and identifying properties.
We have been investigating newspaper articles and identifying features of the paper and the language used to persuade and inform the reader. We will be comparing newspaper articles written today and those written in Victorian Times and at the time of the sinking of the Titanic as a lead into our new topic.
We are well underway with our Young Enterprise Products to be sold in Main Street on Wednesday 7th March.
