Year 7 pupils had the opportunity to visit the new school site to see progress. The pupils learned about the jobs on the building site and the skills and qualifications that are needed for each role. The engineer demonstrated how to find levels and map out the school and some of the children had the chance to try their hand at bricklaying.
The whole trip was finished off with a very welcome ice cream from the ice cream van, courtesy of Woodvale Construction.
