Every child, from Preschool to Year 7 had a fun, enjoyable session with Nuala, from Nuala’s Relax Kids Omagh, Nurture & Grow on Monday and Tuesday. They were super stars and superheroes!🌟 🦸♀️ 🦸♂️🌟
Relax Kids is a unique method of introducing children to relaxation. It can help improve concentration and listening skills, promote creativity, and support the development of self-esteem and emotional and physical health.The sessions teach children relaxation techniques and tools to help them cope with stress, anxiety and other big emotions. This helps children to learn strategies to manage their emotions and build resilience. It is a beautiful seven step programme, where children are given opportunities to take part in fun activities including movement, games, breathing, stretching, massage, affirmation and visualisation.
