November at Nursery - Police Visit & Library Outing
November has been a very busy month for our Nursery class. We have been learning about 'People Who Help Us' in the community. We had a lovely visit from the Police on Tuesday morning who brought the Police van. We asked questions about their roles. Children all received a pencil and colouring in book. A big thank you to Joni and her colleagues and who made this visit.
We also enjoyed a Library visit on Wednesday morning to Omagh Library organised by NICIE. Oliver Jeffers a new Patron of NICIE has kindly provided a set of his books for the school. Some of these books will be kept in Nursery and others will be in the main school library for the older children to enjoy. Our Nursery class enjoyed a trip to the library to listen to some of his stories and a few Christmas stories also. Keep an eye in the local press next week for more photos.
