Year 5 enjoyed a visit from Michael (AMH MensSana)
We thought about 5 ways to keep a healthy mind and body:

  2. Be Active
  3. Take notice
  4. Connect
  5. Give

Michael also reminded us of the importance of talking to an adult about any worries we have.
